This
boat was in used the 2019 season. The owner had a stroke during
the winter which lead to other complications and sadly he passed
away.
The 2 sons are non-boaters ... and haven't been on the boat in
30 - 40 years with their father. They are selling the boat. The
boat has been in the building shown
since the fall of 2019. The boat can be viewed and sold "As-Is"
and "Where-Is" on shore in the building where you see
it in the photos.
A buyer is welcome to order a survey of this boat and they would
on any boat they were buying.
This is the forward berth model of the 34' Marine Trader. There
are no broken windows, missing trim or repairs to the hull. bIt
is original and solid. The boat has obviously dried right out
sitting in the building shown in the photos. The teak trim, walkways
and teak interior are in great shape. A new owner can lightly
sand the walkways to bring them back to their original terrific
condition. The boat has both the 2019 lock pass and mooring pass
in the front window of the boat and a new alternator installed
weeks before it was stored onshore for the winter.
The diesel engine will run fine as it did before it was winterized
in the fall of 2019. The diesel fuel will run the engine fine
and has closed cooling. This boat has great "bones"
but is in need of a cleaning ... primarily to the exterior of
the boat. If we didn't feel it could be brought back into its
former usefullness ... we wouldn't have listed it. The engine
has a new alternator on it ... so between that and the 2019 Trent
Severn Waterway lock and mooring stickers ... we feel the boat
will run just fine. The boat has a bow thruster that worked fine
when it entered the travellift in the fall of 2019.
I can speak 10 words faster than I can type 3 ... I have no intention
of responding to questions sent by text. Serious buyers will call

The photos below were taken using the camera flash ... and "night"
setting ... in a dark building.
The camera distorted the colours of the interior ... but the layout
of the cabin is easily seen.
The helm has the large front berth ahead of it down 3steps. There are
drawers and a hanging locker in there and a "like new" mattress.
Behind the helm is the head with a shower head .. behind that is a couch
that pulls out into a double bed.
Across from that is an "L" shaped couch. The cushions on both
couches are in great condition.
Ahead of that is the galley with a full size marine fridge ... then
up 3 steps is the helm area
Under the dust along the walkways is teak that is in great shape.
A light sanding and new coating of teak oil or varnish should have them
looking great.
