The boat has 2 rather unique features that are extremely rare in 1995 Sea Ray 270 Sundancers ... factory air conditioning and the 7.4 Mercruiser engine. Notice in the photos that the front deck has 2 large hatches and the sides of the cabin have 2 port holes on each side. This creates a cabin with terrific ventilation. Sea Ray designed this model with a "lounger" opposite the drivers seat. It is a very popular feature not included in most 27' cruisers ... even today ... and the boaters that do have a lounger in their 27 - 30 foot boats love having it!
